Lois is a certified business coach and counselor with 40 years' experience who has always loved helping managers, executives, and professionals transition to their next level in life and business. 

Now retired from her business, Ready2Grow Associates, she remains actively engaged with family, church, and volunteer activities. Lois has served as a board member of CCBF for many years, contributing her experience and insight to its mission.

She believes entrepreneurs play a vital role in solving the complex challenges of our world in innovative and redemptive ways. Lois looks forward to exploring all that God has in store for CCBF as we continue to nurture the growth of Christian marketplace leaders in the years ahead.
