Leadership Transition Underway

For the past five years, CCBF has been in the capable executive directorship of Dr. Don Moore. Don has led the organization to develop a new structure, become a registered charity, and grow participation and engagement across Canada.

He developed and introduced the successful
"BIZ Group"   program, delivered in partnership with local churches, and the program is now expanding internationally in partnership through other local Christian organizations.

Don’s wisdom, patience, faith has made a positive impact on the CCBF that we know will continue to bear fruit for many years. Don had planned and has chosen for a younger leader to take on his role this fall. Our whole organization wishes Don and his wife Bonnie a long and fulfilling next stage in their lives together.

With Don’s endorsement, CCBF is pleased to also announce that Thanh Campbell will be accepting the role of Executive Director. Thanh brings with him a deep love of God and almost 30 years of experience working with Christian organizations such as World Vision Canada, Trinity Western University, and Partners Worldwide Canada.

He earned a degree from Redeemer University College and is also the author of “Orphan 32” chronicling his personal journey from being orphaned as an infant to finding God and family. We welcome Thanh to our organization with the faith that God has joined our paths with great purpose and potential.

The CCBF is a Canadian charitable organization whose mission is to support the witness of business and workplace leaders of every kind. We partner with churches and other Christian organizations to provide programs that apply Biblical principles to shape everyday business decisions and behaviours to build healthier, more successful business organizations. The workplace communities we impact better understand the hope Christians have in Jesus Christ and His hope for us all through the powerful examples of our members.
