BENEFITS
As the calendar shows, all monthly breakfasts resume in September. We begin in Smithville where on the first day of the month we focus on “Communication Skills.” The following day the Burlington group grapples with “Situational Leadership.” The next day Woodstock will focus on “Interpersonal Relationships.” The day after Labour Day Ancaster resumes and focuses on “Dependence on God.” Two days later Waterloo, the group farthest along in this topic series, discusses “Leadership Development.” On Wednesday September 16 Brantford will focus on “Wisdom” followed by Niagara the next day who will discuss “Character.” The month concludes with London, the newest Breakfast group discussing “Decision Making.” Many of you receive the monthly invitations with their relevant topic paper attached. If you have not and want to receive these, just drop CCBF an e-mail and we’ll be happy to respond. Monthly groups vary in size from meeting to meeting; you are always welcome to attend. To see the format of some recent Breakfasts check www.ccbf.org/calendar.htm and view the pictures there. The benefit from these opportunities to interact and network develops over time. Some participants after attending only once or twice develop connections and explore those further between meetings, others take a little longer to see measurable benefits. At each meeting there is ample opportunity to share with the others the challenges you may be facing or celebrations you’d like others to be aware of.
