2009 CCBF DIRECTORY
Earlier this month we e-mailed the following letter to CCBF advertisers: “The impact of the shrinking economy is affecting different segments of CCBF’s support base in a variety of ways. At the same time you are also being besieged by greater numbers of worthy causes who seek your support, support that is critical to their continual viability. Recognizing the above, CCBF has concluded that postponing the publication of the paper edition of the Annual CCBF Christian Business Directory may enable you to make your support dollars go a little further. What this means is that your current ad as published in the most recent paper edition will continue to be in front of the decision makers who keep the CCBF Directory close at hand. CCBF will only bill you half the cost of the ad now. The CCBF web site will continue to prominently feature your full colour ad, an ad that you may change and update anytime.”

Response to this decision has been very positive. CCBF members who need to update their information should request the current information CCBF has. It will be e-mailed in ASCII format on request providing your membership is current.

ALERT: While many of you use CCBF’s web site directory on a regular basis, it is also accessible to other internet browsers. Earlier this month e-mails were received by two CCBF members offering unrealistic investment opportunities. Please remember the axiom, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”
