& LEARNING
Sharing some time over food with fellow Christians in the workplace gives
occasion to learn from each other how to apply God’s Word in our
everyday walk and talk, it also gives us a deeper insight and understanding
of what others are dealing with. At recent Breakfasts we learned:
• From a realtor that dealing with colleagues who have different
ethical standards can be frustrating.
• From a number of young entrepreneurs how they are learning the
necessity to spent enough time on receivables so that they can keep their
development on track.
• That extensive lack of rain affects more than those who grow crops.
• That devotions at company functions are not always appreciated
by all staff members.
Those and numerous other experiences add much to our conversation and
insight on how to “Walk the Talk.”

Please check your business’ listing and let us know if changes need
to be made. Display ads expose your company’s product and service
to an increasing number of fellow Christian leaders. It may be time that
you give some thought to placing an ad in the 2008 issue. Your ad will be
seen by each one listed in the Directory but it will also be posted on CCBF’s
