CURE International,  a faith based, non-profit organization that builds and operates specialty surgical teaching hospitals for disabled children in the developing world, seeks a French speaking Executive Director / Hospital Administrator to lead its 20-bed hospital in Niamey, Niger. 
 
Qualified candidates will possess five years of hospital administration experience although other candidates with comparable operations, personnel management and financial management experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.  Previous cross-cultural or international travel experience preferred.  Fluency in French and English required.  Ability to assess risk, implement strategy, select people and measure performance.  Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills.  Excellent communications, public relations and listening skills.  Demonstrated ability to cope with and manage change.  Understanding of IT systems and inventory management.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.  Emotionally mature and self motivated.  Must demonstrate a mature Christian faith and a sincere commitment to the mission, and statement of faith, of CURE International.
 
This position offers a mission salary and benefits package including health and life insurance, relocation assistance, in-country transportation, dependent tuition fees assistance, housing, airfare, retirement and one month of home leave per year.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The Shalom Manor Foundation is seeking an experienced development director and fund developer to develop and implement the recently established Shalom Manor Foundation and its program for Shalom Manor, a Christian long-term care community. Responsible to the Foundation Board of Directors, the successful candidate will participate in capital campaigns, promote planned giving and the established endowment, as well as increase opportunities for sustained operational funding within the Reformed Christian community and elsewhere. The successful candidate will embody commitment and understanding of the Reformed Christian community, be a motivated and strategic thinking individual with excellent donor relations skills and possess the ability to achieve financial goals by planning, implementing and managing fund development strategy. This is a .5 FTE position.
