Reporting to the Director of Care or designate, the RAI-MDS Coordinator will coordinate the assignments for staff to complete the RAI assessment, enter the assessment data into Point Click Care and save and send files electronically for submission as required maintaining timelines, communicate regularly with the Director of Care and the interdisciplinary team and to educate/train staff and members of the interdisciplinary team on the Point Click Care software for data entry, of codes and/or collect the data for entry.
Requirements:

· Registered Nurse with current Ontario Certificate of competence, in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
